As an ethical vegan since 2001, I help plant-based runners pursue their endurance fitness goals without sacrificing their compassion for animal rights, their health, and the environment. I am a UESCA certified running coach as well as a professionally licensed massage therapist. I like to keep things science-based with a proven approach to training, recovery, and injury prevention.

All of my previous endurance experience came from competing as a cyclist, and I soon realized that running was a very different discipline. I've worked with athletes locally and in person for many years. Although in person coaching can be very beneficial for my clients, it also can be very expensive ($100 to $180 per session), it creates time restrictions for both my clients and myself, and it only allowed me to work with a handful of clients at a time.
Online coaching has many more benefits for the athletes I coach and myself. It allows me to work with clients from all over the world and to provide them with quality training plans, education, motivation, healthy eating habits, injury prevention, and recovery.
Not to mention, starting at $50 a week, it's a fraction of the price of on location training and coaching.

You can upload your completed workouts directly to Final Surge or simply link your Garmin or Strava accounts for automatic uploads. On Final Surge we can both comment on your workouts, you can add how you felt during your workouts, any injuries, fatigue, questions, accomplishments, and more. Your customized training plans will be uploaded weekly which allows me to make any adjustments needed to accommodate your lifestyle, fitness level, work, travel, and family commitments.
